I used the Operational Manual Renewal Service provided by Iprosurv for my operational Authorisation and have to say it was a 5 star service from start to finish. PfCO to GVC Conversion, having been a drone pilot for 9 years and having a successful business in media production, I was using my old PfCO and became aware I needed to change before 2024.

I researched a lot of companies before choosing Iprosurv, their website was informative and the course with its easy-to-use learning journey and personal student portal is ideal, did my Pfco to GVC conversion with free A2CofC all done in 3 days, with great service and learning platform.

I have had my first encounter with drone technology in our business as Loss Adjusters, I can assure you this is not a case of hundreds of images to scroll through and format into a report.

We engaged with Iprosurv on a major fire loss of a warehouse, due to safety the building had to be demolished at the earliest opportunity, which would have left very little time to gather data to evaluate the claim.

We engaged with Iprosurv who advised us that a digital twin of the property would be best in this case serving a snapshot in time of the property that can be interrogated from desktop in a 3D environment.

Further to this the user would have the ability to produce a white-labeled report with minimum input incorporating notes images and other information that would be of use.

We had the data within 72hrs and the output was truly mind-blowing, the image quality the way we could interrogate and the report was something we have never come across before.
