The Opportunity
This isn’t a traditional sales role.
It’s an opportunity to help build a business.
Working directly alongside our CEO and senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial growth, developing strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities across our training and technology divisions.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating long-term value for customers.
As the business continues to grow, so will your opportunity to influence strategy, develop the commercial function and progress into the role of Commercial Director.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities across our training and technology services.
- Building long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Identifying new markets and commercial opportunities.
- Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
- Delivering customer meetings, demonstrations and presentations.
- Preparing quotations and commercial proposals.
- Working closely with our marketing team to generate and convert leads.
- Managing your sales pipeline using our CRM platform.
- Representing Iprosurv at exhibitions, networking events and industry conferences.
- Helping identify new products, services and strategic partnerships that support our continued growth.
About You

Previous experience within the drone industry is preferable but isn’t essential. We’ll provide the technical knowledge – you’ll bring the commercial expertise, ambition and drive.
