Our Advanced A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) Training Course is specifically designed for aspiring and existing drone operators who wish to fly small unmanned aircraft (SUAs) in urban areas and close to people, in compliance with the latest UK regulations. Format and Duration

This course is an in person course and is taught at our purpose built college campus location in South Yorkshire the course is 3 days long and includes practical flying periods in our on-site flying location, this ensures when students complete the course they have also undergone a period of practical flight instruction, when weather does not permit flying students can take advantage of the flight simulator.

Certification

After successfully passing the final assessment, participants will receive an A2 Certificate of Competency, recognised by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), which is mandatory for operating drones in the A2 subcategory.
