Iprosurv is a UK leader in drone training, inspection and education. We help organisations adopt RPAS(Drones) safely and profitably, and we run industry-recognised regulated training programmes for new and experienced operators.
The role
You will drive learner recruitment for our training programmes and support platform and services sales across key sectors. Working closely with the Sales Director and the training team, you will turn warm interest into enrolled learners and qualified opportunities, then help progress those opportunities through to close.
What you’ll do
- Learner recruitment
- Manage inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects and converting them to course enrolments
- Nurture leads via phone, email, LinkedIn and webinars
- Coordinate with the training team to schedule cohorts and maintain high fill rates
- Track funnels and report weekly on enquiries, conversions and revenue
- Platform & services sales
- Generate and develop opportunities for Iprosurv’s training platform and inspection services
- Run discovery calls, product walk-throughs and tailored proposals
- Support bids and frameworks with sector-specific collateral and case studies
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasts
- Market development
- Map target accounts in priority sectors (education, insurance, construction, engineering, public sector)
- Represent Iprosurv at events, demos and webinars
- Feed market insight back into campaigns, messaging and offers
What you’ll bring:
- Confident communicator who enjoys the phone and can run crisp discovery calls
- Strong organisation, follow-through and CRM discipline (experience with Microsoft 365/Teams and Zoho is a plus)
- Comfort with targets and a performance mindset- you like winning and you like being paid for it
- Desirable: knowledge of drone operations but not essential, CAA training pathways.

Working pattern
Standard hours Monday–Friday. Occasional travel for events, client meetings and training days.
