At Iprosurv, we are a growing UK leader in drone training, inspection, education, and digital solutions. We help organisations adopt drone technology safely and profitably, and we deliver industry-recognised regulated training for both new and experienced operators.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining training sales, platform sales, software and service solutions, outreach, learner recruitment, and an element of administration to help keep everything running smoothly.
You will work closely with our Sales Director and training team to turn warm leads and inbound interest into enrolled learners, qualified opportunities, and long-term customers. You will also play an active role in outreach, opening conversations with new prospects and helping us grow our presence across key sectors.

What you’ll be doing
Training and learner sales
- Respond to inbound enquiries and turn interest into course bookings
- Qualify leads and guide learners towards the right training pathway
- Build relationships with prospective learners through phone, email, LinkedIn, and webinars
- Work closely with the training team to help fill course cohorts and maximise enrolments
- Track enquiries, conversions, and revenue performance
Platform, software and services sales
- Generate and develop opportunities for Iprosurv’s training platform, inspection services, and software-led solutions
- Run discovery calls, product walk-throughs, and tailored sales conversations
- Prepare proposals and quotations suited to client needs
- Support bids, frameworks, and sales activity with sector-specific collateral and case studies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts
Outreach and business development
- Proactively reach out to prospects and target accounts across priority sectors including education, insurance, construction, engineering, and public sector
- Build early-stage relationships and create new sales opportunities
- Follow up marketing activity, warm leads, event connections, and webinar interest
- Represent Iprosurv at events, demonstrations, and webinars
- Share market feedback and insight to help shape campaigns, messaging, and offers
Sales support and administration
- Keep CRM records accurate, organised, and up to date
- Support learner onboarding, bookings, and sales administration
- Help coordinate follow-ups, internal handovers, and sales activity
- Assist with reporting, pipeline updates, and general day-to-day admin linked to the sales function
What we’re looking for
- A confident, warm, and professional communicator
- Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport
- Comfortable making outbound approaches as well as handling inbound enquiries
- Strong organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Good CRM discipline, with experience of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Zoho an advantage
- A positive, target-focused attitude and a genuine drive to succeed
- Happy working in a small team where everyone gets involved and supports each other
- Knowledge of drone operations or CAA training pathways would be helpful, but is not essential

Requirements
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year required
- Business Development: 1 year required
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence required
Working pattern:
Monday to Friday, with occasional travel for events, client meetings, and training days.
